Simple Steps to enroll for Direct Debit payment facility
Step 1 Download an
Auto Debit form or obtain it from any of our Branch offices.
Step 2 Submit the duly completed Auto Debit form and an original cancelled cheque with MICR code at your nearest Branch Office or BSLI Head Office at least 35 days prior to your due date.
Direct Debit to your Credit Card
You can avail of Direct Debit facility on your Credit Card and pay your renewal premium through your credit card.

Step 1 Download a Direct Debit to your Credit Card Form or obtain it from any of our Branch offices.
Step 2 Submit the duly completed Form with a self-attested photocopy of the front side of your credit card at your nearest
Branch Office or BSLI Head Office at least 15 days prior to your due date.
